Wills & Trusts

We understand that you don’t want to leave it behind, but it’s best for you to decide who gets it when you do.

The best thing you can do for the people you care for? Don’t make them guess what you wanted after you’re gone.  You work hard to provide for yourself and those you care about, so you should decide where your things go after you’re gone.

Put a will and a plan in place.
Do it today.

If you don’t, the State of Georgia will do it for you, and the results may not be what you want them to be.

Spell out even those things you think are perfectly clear – for example, the guardianship of your children, who gets your wedding rings, and whether you want to be cremated. (We’ve seen families fight over smaller questions.)

The goal is two-fold: your family’s peace of mind, and yours.
